Since your printer moves the platform you’ll need to provide supports to avoid this. You can slightly mitigate by reducing speed. The supports don’t need to necessarily originate from the bottom, it could just provide a thin beam to resist wobbling in that particular direction.

Your civil state laws are still intact depending on the state, but a lot of this is the logical extremist conclusion of the patriot act and qualified immunity precedence, which is to say police have been elevated to a degree higher than that of a citizen with less responsibility than a citizen at the same time. To more directly answer your question: Your rights depend on your actions and the system makes it very hard for you and very easy for them to create a situation that benefits you. You technically have a lot of rights, but if used would result in death with little accountability because court survivor bias. The answer mostly is to make sure you survive while asserting your rights on video, then follow up in court to take a chunk of their massive budget for stuff like this. You will likely win only if you do everything right and have video and audio evidence of doing so.

If you truly haven’t had exposure then really all there is to it is doing it and seeing that it’s okay. I wouldn’t want you to route through dangerous neighborhoods or near an ICE facility entrance or anything, but areas you’re familiar with visiting with your parents that aren’t too far away should be easy targets to talk to and get value from the independence traveling on your own affords you. Try and single out the cpu cache with cache less mode. 2 sticks is a weird issue if timing didn’t slip on the memory controller or overvoltage was applied.

Rule of thumb is to use the tdp and at least try to cover that with the thermal rating. 120w is your tdp and that is either a beefy air cooler or a multifan aio. These cpus do run hot but it’s by design to some extent. My tdp is 150 in the same series with a rating of 170 on the aio. Still goes up to 90 when stressed.
