It’s clear to me clippy was chosen solely due to it’s pop cultural appeal and has since been successfully co-opted as the new face of the movement.

Host your own URL shortener with Yourls. It’s great, loads of useful plugins too. (dot)ink domains are cheap so you can have fun with namel.ink like I did.

Have you tried creating a couple systemctl scripts to rmmod the wifi driver prior to suspend then another to modprobe it on wake? I’ve had to do this with success on another laptop
I attempted to do this like a dozen times with my i7/32GB ram 9310. Had a few successful attempts but the board was just fried. Ended up getting an i5/16GB board off ebay. So upset the i7 board crapped out. I had only been using the laptop sparingly for on site work and occasional content consumption and it was only a few months out of warranty when it went to shit.

I have been using the Frogging-Family Nvidia PKGBUILD for ages now. Easiest way I have seen to stay on the latest versions of the proprietary drivers with the least amount of headaches.
MPD would work great for your music use-case. I have also set up librespot (Open Source Spotify client library) for a friend that works really well and would probably cover you on the licensing front with a subscription (not a fan at all of Spotify). If you’re looking into new hardware check out the AOOSTAR WTR PRO.
