I tape off part of the canvas. I paint something, then I remove the tape and expand it so stuff looks epic.

If you aren’t sure if your work is NSFW or not, just ask yourself, “Could I look at this at a typical office job and not get into trouble?” If you’re still not sure after that, you should probably mark it as NSFW just to be on the safe side.
