Cleaning the humidifier with H2O2 is relatively benign. It’ll probably take care of the mold/algae issue. I’d run it outside or in the garage as a precaution, but the risk is low as consumer grade H2O2 is very diluted.

Brushing the cats regularly is the first step - this removes loose fur that will otherwise fall out on other surfaces. Most cats love being brushed, and id say doing it a every week at a minimum will help.

Other than brushing, having the right type of vacuum can make a big difference.

Are you in the southern hemisphere? Our cats shed a lot more in the summer vs winter. Spring is especially bad, as they are getting rid of their winter coat.

But sometimes I can’t help myself. There are a whole host of things that could cause this. Happy to suggest things to test if you want, or there’s an easy way to try an alternative. Have you considered giving Jellyfin a shot?

What we need to do is implement “prestige wealth”. Once you hit, say, 100m you get your assets sold in order to fund a UBI, but you get a nice pin that marks your achievement.

Every time you prestige, you get a new pin, but the color of the pin changes.

As an engineer, we only ever agree on two things:

Eh, going over one layer is fine as long as there are no decking or other structural problems. From what I can see here the older ones are in good enough shape.
