I would have assumed this would apply to Bedrock and not Java since Bedrock is the one which uses Xbox live, whereas Java can be run completely offline.
What would happen if I ran Minecraft Java on my Linux computer with my internet disconnected?

8·13 days agoI’ve never had a problem with YouTube ad blocking. uBlock Origin + ProtonVPN (NetShield) works just fine for me. I haven’t seen a single ad on YouTube since I installed them.

linuxmemes@lemmy.world•Guys, what's the best Linux distro to install on my PC?
1·22 days agoThat entirely depends on what you’re using it for. I personally use ZorinOS as my daily driver because it’s easy to use, based on Ubuntu, and I like the interface.
If you’re using the PC for gaming, go with Nobara. It’s based on Fedora and has built-in support for Nvidia.
What about using a VPN? (Yes, I know the UK government are talking about restricting/banning them too, though I highly doubt they’ll ban them outright)
I haven’t updated my main survival world since 1.19, but that really sucks for everyone else. Hopefully modders will find a way around it.
