GlenRambo@jlai.luto No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•What is the magic diet for no-wipe poops?English3·21 days agoPretty much illegal (or at least a grey area) in my country. No insurance will cover a bathroom flood issue even if bidet was installed by a licenced pro.

How seamless is running it after install?English2·22 days agoIf I’m running mostly f-droid apps, and play services is not installed (e.g. I cant run YT-Revanced as it needs gapps).
Then does that mean I should be able to move over to graphine without much issue?

The main issue (once it was working) was program (Stremio) not supporting keyboard only options.
I also wanted to run android apps full screen (like a dog nvidia shield) but it was chaos.
I thought it was abandoned.

GlenRambo@jlai.luto Privacy@lemmy.ml•Recommendations for eBook reader devices, pleaseEnglish1·2 months agoAm I right in thinking the steps here scrape metadata images etc for the eBooks you already have. And that you may already own them via legal or high seas methods.
Or is there a way for Calibre to auto download eBooks from somewhere.
I think the whole key is more of a conversation starter than just QR code. We all know what they are and dont ask people questions aboit them.
Does it have persistence when rebooted ?

And most of these have phone apps too!

GlenRambo@jlai.luto Fediverse@lemmy.world•So, after using Lemmy for 1.5 Years. You are telling I am not even allowed to use Lemmy?English8·6 months agoThis just hit me.
How long until governments create email accounts or digital identities (I mean they already have the latter). Then they force social media platforms (who n turn force users) to use/link that as age verification and content blocking.
Do you pay? None of the “slow” links load for me. So not sure I trust them to pay.
