I switched to Debian with KDE. Same basics as Ubuntu without their oversight.

I use Obsidian for all of my personal notes on Android and Linux. Syncthing keeps the vault synchronized between the two.

Have you tried other sugar alcohols? (Erythritol, Xylitol, Sorbitol, etc) They’re typically used as calorie-free sugar alternatives.
