Best way to disable S-Mode is to go into bios, disable secure boot. Boot windows once (once the s-mode seal is broken only a fresh install will be able to put it back again), confirm S-mode disable and the reboot back into bios enable Secure boot. Profit

Actually s-mode seems to disable any third party programs not acquired throw the windows store and any program not on a whitelist even CMD is disabled
Actually if you do this and there’s an s-mode key in the bios, it’ll install right into S-mode
