The experimental meds are basically anything they gave someone for another reason which also seemed to have a positive effect on their daily energy levels.
So far I’ve tried: low dose naltrexon, mestinon and low dose aripiprazole. The first two had only negative effects while the last gives me a few more hours that I’m awake per day. From sleeping 20 hours in the worst case to about 12-16, I still can’t do shit but at least I’m awake.
As someone with chronic fatigue due to long covid i can relate to this hard. I only had to wait 2 years to start with some experimental meds tho so not all is bad.
But the day you find a specialist that immediately gets you is glorious, just hope there is medication/treatment for it tho.

In theory maybe, but our brains are basically a supercomputer on steroids when it comes to interpreting and improving the “video feed” our eyes give us.
Could it be done with just cameras, probably some time in the future, but why the fuck wouldn’t you use a depth sensor now, and even in the future as a redundancy.
I’ve had 5 pairs of the same shoes over 5 years. Apparently nobody else likes them and the same store still had old stock years later discounted to €25 from €100. Cleared them out for the last 3 pairs they had which i now keep as backup.
Double edged sword tho. nicotine helps me relax for a little while, but going without just makes it worse than it already was.

Running windows 11 on older hardware is as easy as a checkbox in Rufus. Also the small subset of hardware windows supports is by far the most used hardware (probably because it’s supported by windows).
Or just install win 11 anyways, it’s not like it’s actually incompatible
Many motherboard pump headers will still provide power while in sleep. But you usually start hearing the pump more when it’s older and the bearing starts to wear, or due to permeation lowering the water levels.
If you have a watercooled system getting less hours on the pump is always good, especially with a cheaper AIO. Also not all pumps are completely quiet when in sleep
That’s true, never thought about how many times Ive used the registry to do something when the ui doesn’t work, eg forcing games into exclusive fullscreen or getting acces to old features in the Nvidia control panel.
Still my gaming pc “needs” to be windows because of the games i play. Either be it kernel level AC or not getting stretched Res + 280hz gsync to work.
Thanks, I’ve only known about the chronic fatigue part of ME since the trial I’m involved in also has some ME patients trialing the same meds.
Edit: reading again i think their was a small miscommunication, I don’t have MECFS, just something with similar symptoms so I know the feeling.
