It’s an easy choice when the few or the one does not refer to oneself. However, when a person is asked to put the needs of everyone else above their own individual needs, it becomes a much more difficult conversation for any person to have.

The whole “long story short” seems to be a key missing piece to determining what you should do.
But also…Did she “yada yada” sex?
Perfectly stated
The jail then needs staff. It needs maintenance. It needs utilities. The monetary needs just shift from construction to operation.
So did the Prince
It should be expanded by now. You should be good to sleep on it.
Believe it or not, jail
Unarmed lol
Overheard on a game chat recently. Two guys arguing whether 100 guys could take on a silverback gorilla. One of them insisted that silverbacks have impenetrable skin lol.
As of this moment: $5.49 for 12 large brown.
Last week I was able to get $4.49 for 12 large cage free.
Bird flu is obviously influencing prices quite a bit lately.

AOC backed an idea to build homes and the ln hand over ownership to tenant cooperatives or non-profit orgs. Seemed like a decent idea on the surface.

Mortgage rates coming down is not the answer. It’ll only drive up demand while supply stays the same. There is a major need for more supply. People will reply with the number of vacant units, but vacancy is a broad measure that ignores things like a house currently being sold and going through the closing process.
The country, as a whole, needs something like 6.5 million more housing units to meet demand at which point prices would come down.

Honest question:
How do you make money for things like food, automobile costs, and your connected device (assuming phone)? I’m not trying to make a broader point. I am genuinely curious.
IMO, the amount you’re going to be investing isn’t going to make a change, so you should invest in a low cost index fund and then find others ways to contribute to the world (especially your local community).
We are all individuals who can’t change the world by ourselves but we can impact the people around us through small acts of kindness and that impact will be MUCH greater than investing small amounts of money in “ethical” stocks.
