Not sure about Mastodon and Blusky.

PeerTube has built-in syncing of YouTube channels, so it’s fairly easy once it’s set up.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think Hetzner has an office suite for Nextcloud?

Exactly. Linux will never become the majority OS as long as it’s not the default OS on retail PCs.
It just copies the video description automatically when your cross-post, but I deleted it manually now.
