How do you know that the content was illegal if it’s E2E encrypted?

71·3 years agosometimes it’s possible to view Instagram’s profiles from picuki.com without logged in (but beware, it’s full of trackers)
Edit: since bibliogram.art is dead I’ve tried imginn.org and gramhir.com with varying degrees of success in the past, today neither seems to work.
