very true with Spitz, not for the average household and I feel bad when I see certain houses with them because I know they aren’t working their dog enough. the lawn says it all really with the holes and what not.

I’m constantly working with with my husky and always go back and reinforcing what she already knows. it’s just fun games now and we can enjoy more relaxed times because we’ve worked super hard for the first 3 years of her life.

you’re right overall too, it’s not a luck thing. we’ve worked very hard together to come to understandings on what’s expected of her, and I’ve learned what her needs are and how she asks for things when she wants them.

people do for some dumb reason.

thankfully my husky is VERY much not a normal husky. I know the Spitz breeds and how headstrong they are. my Huskies recall is top notch. she will 100% disregard snow, food or high value treats if I call her.

she is at a point in training where even pizza at her face level will be there in 30 minutes with no humans in the room. she’s a very good girl.
