It looks like a device that is optimized for impulse purchases, that maybe is hanging on a rack in a gas station that you’re buying to quiet down your kids on a long car ride. Or that you pick up in an airport because your phone battery is low. But $164?
For everybody not from the USA: Due to the war, the US baby boom kicked off earlier and stopped sooner. So if you are talking about “boomers” in Europe, you are talking about different groups than boomer in the USA.
He’s not talking about designing your own font. He is proposing to use the font you like and just to create this little “bridge” that you need so that the inside of the o is not falling out manually. That is easy to do and there are not that many letters where it is needed.
