Yeah, we suspect ours actually might have benefitted from some bottle feeding after a while too. He looked big enough when we found him, the vet didn’t have any problem giving him his shots or fixing him. But he had trouble for a little bit after we brought him home eating that us and the vet just chalked up to being half froze to death when we found him. But then he started growing really fast, like faster than any of our other cats did. Didn’t end up that big in total, but he got there really fast. We think he was probably a little too young to be away from his Mom and we accidentally stunted his growth by not realizing he wasn’t off momma’s milk already.

My youngest cat also lost his mother. He’s about 4 now and he still tries to nurse on my wife’s stomach when she’s relaxing. No matter how many times we discourage him he keeps trying.

We were getting groceries at Sam’s Club and they at least at this time made you give them your cart to scan the stuff. We had our twins with us riding in there seats on he cart so they went to one side while we paid. Well it happens that some of the managers were doing inventory and one of them had placed their iced capp on the register. My daughter saw it, decided she was having it, and took it. We get the cart back and start walking to the door when we hear that telltale sound of a straw in an empty cup. We didn’t notice it before that because she had the cup in an absolute bear hug hiding the whole thing.

My wife goes to apologize for Little Bit stealing the drink to a look of horror from the manager whose coffee that was saying “That was full…” clearly thinking this kid was about to have a heart attack. This little girl was so sleepy after downing that coffee that she didn’t wake up when we got home, when I carried her to her bed, then slept like 4 more hours.

I’ve done basically full carnivore back when my partner first had bariatric surgery because we don’t have the largest food budget and she needed to avoid carbs while having the highest amount of protein for the smallest possible volume of food so meat was basically the only thing that fit the bill.

Maybe, wouldn’t something like a Faraday bag work though? Then you don’t even run the risk of someone trying to twist the meaning of whatever regulation might exist to try to charge you with something.

That is a point, could someone even do that on something classed as a phone though? Don’t most places have some kind of law about these devices always being able to reach emergency services like 911?

It seems like it’d be relatively simple for a bad actor to record something and just… wait until you had a data connection though wouldn’t it? Seems like it’d be more secure to just keep there from being any data to send rather than relying on a bad actor not being able to send it. Am I missing something here?
