PrivateNoob@sopuli.xyzto Uplifting News@lemmy.world•Homophobic attitudes have fallen in Western Europe and the United StatesEnglish24·11 days agoLETS FUCKING GOOO. It’s good to see actual data about the improvement in homophobia, because a non-insignificant amount of people think that it starts to reverse, although the graph only goes to 2022.

In my case, I usually listen to a hungarian history podcast which covers interesting historical facts or modern day issues, like the uyghur massacre, teenage conversion camps in USA, traditional history, like ww2 or anything, and they really go in detail with these, by reading a bunch of different source books about these.
If that YSK post about Deezer’s main shareholder CEO wouldn’t have come out, then I would have suggested that, since that’s what me and my friends are using in the family plan after being disappointed with Tidal as a Spotify alternative.

You can purchase the game on Steam to support development.3·26 days agoI just played Thrive last month for the first time in my life on Steam, and it has such a great potential, even though this has been an ongoing project for a long time, but it’s still amazing to have something like this.
That song was a hidden warning all along. Anyone who was late to figure it out has already been infected. Sorry guys, it’s time to say our farewells, since the inevitable end is coming.

PrivateNoob@sopuli.xyzto No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•Are autistic people known to post a lot in social media or websites to "fill" their imaginations?1·28 days agoWaaait so in some way you still manually select these pictures, it’s just you have a script that instantly will make a post on Lemmy, like if you upvote / like / heart an art on pixiv then it goes into the queue? Damn that’s impressive.
10 comments / day and your post rate is still higher than your comments. 💥
I LOVE LEMMY FOR STUFFS LIKE THESE. Thanks for recognizing me Mental, I have unfortunately become a filthy passive user, but I kinda want to go back in posting some content. I still remember that nfs 2015 post you’ve made once that was viral.
PrivateNoob@sopuli.xyzto No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•Are autistic people known to post a lot in social media or websites to "fill" their imaginations?8·29 days agoIt feels so cozy that I can instantly pinpoint some of these carriers of this wonderdul community, because we are small enough.
- cm002 posts just everywhere kinda
- TotallyNotJessica carries the entire femcelmemes, but it actually has a wholesome spirit in it, and not one of those toxic femcels that you would see elsewhere. She is great
- Def an exception, but MentalEdge has a bot which justs posts a million varieties of arts to multiple communities. Hardcarries the anime art community fr fr.
We love you guys <3
PrivateNoob@sopuli.xyzto Linux@lemmy.ml•Linux has over 6% of the desktop market? Yes, you read that right - here's how1·1 month agoAgreed! I use EOS but I have to keep a dual boot setup mostly because of VR. ALVR is extremely buggy and slow for me whereas Envision easily starts but has a -10-20FPS and might crash in 10+ people VRChat instances
PrivateNoob@sopuli.xyzto Linux@lemmy.ml•Realizing Arch isn't for me after updating broke VLC1·1 month agoYeah no hate towards grub, because it doesn’t get too much breakful versions, but it’s a bootloader after all. Systemd boot works just fine for me, although I miss the customization aspect of it, but that’s what rEFInd is for.
PrivateNoob@sopuli.xyzto Linux@lemmy.ml•Realizing Arch isn't for me after updating broke VLC4·1 month agoI did break my endevaourOS after I was unlucky enough to upgrade when grub got a huge non-bootable bug and probably there may have been some app bugs since which are minor tbh. Like currently I can’t run the bauh app, because it misses “bauh” in the python packages (lol).

PrivateNoob@sopuli.xyzto Lemmy Be Wholesome@lemmy.world•Marvellous Monday... what nice thing are you going to do for yourself this week?2·2 months agoThanks for the idea! Imma make it this week then, it looks unique with this fish grinding method, although my mom will hate it cause she doesn’t like fish at all. xD
PrivateNoob@sopuli.xyzto Lemmy Be Wholesome@lemmy.world•Marvellous Monday... what nice thing are you going to do for yourself this week?7·2 months agoI want to continue my blog posts on how to deploy a correctly functioning *arr setup with k3s (Jellyfin, Sonarr/Radarr are done, Prowlarr and Qbittorrent are left) to document this process for myself if I want to recreate it in the future.
My other wish would be to bake or cook something new from an abroad country again, but there is nothing that catched my eye yet.
Yeah I’ve only just discovered it some months ago and it looks really promising, although it may never be finished, but I’m glad something like this exists
