Yes, but it’s not relevant to the point I was making
I used to run links.dartboard.social, but decided it was too much work for a single user instance.
I microblog at @knova@lostcreek.social.

Intentionally, I think.
She has been a good evangelist for the fediverse, IMO, based on my reading of her posts on Mastodon the last couple months.
BlueSky is another corporate microblog platform, which could end up going the way of Twitter. I’m not saying it will be bought by a fascist billionaire, but they will be beholden to advertisers at some point in the near future.
I would highly recommend finding a Mastodon, Akkoma, or GoToSocial instance that aligns with your values and use that instead. If you are concerned about the network effects of not being on the ‘biggest’ platform where all the celebs are, there is a Bluesky->Mastodon bridge available.
So this is just a shortcut to Google or DuckDuckGo with a prebuilt query?
Don’t want to pile on but the lack of a web client in favor of a Windows Store client really kills this for me. I mean, I’m not even on windows so it’s a deal breaker anyway. Would love to get this talking to Lutris somehow.
Also going to pile on a bit about your use of Discord, it is walling off information in a proprietary communication channel. Support tickets should be handled on the web so others can easily tack on if they are experiencing the same issues etc.
He said something, as he was making a birthday wish on stage, to the effect of “I hope the next shooter doesn’t miss”. For context it was like 2 days after the first Trump attempted shooting
Ryujinx repo was just taken down from Github too
As someone who watched it for the first time this year, I was less interested in the mecha fights and fully captivated by the story / emotional states of the characters, which is not what I was expecting at all.
just a few miles south in Castle Rock! We have our own satellite branch of ACC for the local high school.
This x 1000. I’ve had a buddy razz me over using plain, simple Debian because it’s not bleeding edge and the packages are out of date in some cases. bro I don’t care I just want to play some games and occasionally use LibreOffice for some stuff.
This is cool to see. I tried my hand at running an instance most of last year but threw in the towel this past January. It was just me and 1-2 other active users and none of this software is wide spread enough to have a good solid support community. I really appreciate the people out there dedicating their time and other resources to making this work. (Truthfully, I didn’t put a ton of thought into how and where I was hosting my instance before inviting others to sign up, which is on me, and I think is what ultimately came back to haunt me down the line - my GoToSocial instance is much healthier, for example)
Classic overconfidence - “I have installed a hard drive before, what could they possibly be trying to tell me on that paper?”
I learned and won’t make that mistake again… until I do
When I bought some of these earlier this year, the re-seller included an adapter that blocked those pins to prevent the reset issue. Didn’t know what they were for at first and almost tossed them. (I should have read the included slip of paper)
I like RawTherapee for this as well. It’s been a while since I tried Darktable tho, maybe I should give it another chance.
I love flatpaks
I think I was hoping for something like what plex-debrid is for those services. But I guess if I get that setup correctly, I wouldnt need any other site.
The R4 was the pinnacle of my gaming career. I had so much fun with that. I don’t think anything has come close to scratching the itch the same way. I think it meant a lot to me, too, because I got the DS for free (online, long story) and paid for the R4 chip with money from my first job.
I believe the audio streaming issue on flatpak is resolved as of a month or two ago. But I’m typically with you, system packages for the most up to date experience in most cases.
