Probably what we need is a limitation on free speech where blatant misinformation is involved. In the same way that shouting “Fire!” in a crowded theatre is harmful, so is repeating false claims to stir political discord.
Ten-year-olds understand quite a lot of things. They don’t always think before they act, but they would absolutely understand this object lesson.

This isn’t an issue if you solely operate digitally, but a storefront needs signage. Advertising becomes much more expensive in process color than 1 or 2 spot colors. Most physical businesses need things like business cards, invoices, purchase orders, packaging, …
A professional designer will usually create a 1-color or 2-color logo to use for some of those things even when you have a full-color logo design to use on the most “important” materials. AI won’t give that level of service, for sure.

Edited to add: If the candidate’s behavior in the interview was so egregious, why would you even waste your time with follow-up calls? It sounds like they wanted to hire the guy, but he wasn’t interested in working for them after the interview. Sour grapes, anyone?

This is my best-case scenario.
If they catch the guy, obviously he should stand trial. That’s how the law works in the US. But I think that jury nullification could be the appropriate response to a trial.
This guy might be the closest thing we have to a modern-day Robin Hood. And while we all agree that Robin Hood broke the law, no reasonable person wants to see the Sheriff of Nottingham win.
I have definitely worked jobs where I know more than the IT department, and that’s scary.
