I do it because groceries are expensive and I like to try and pick bits of food off people’s teeth with my tongue. You’d be surprised at how much food is in there sometimes! Found a whole popcorn kernel in my boyfriend’s mouth just yesterday.

I’ve seen some of their other comments that are about other things, and they’re often coherent, reasonable, and even witty - but as soon as they start talking about chatbots it’s like their brain short-circuits and they just blather.

Why would I care about your little chatbots, Jake? You go off on these long, incoherent rants that honestly feel like some sort of schizophrenic meltdown over how there are sentient gods or personalities in your chatbots, and then act like you’re typing reasonable stuff that we should all do our due diligence and read. I’ve long been frustrated by rampant consumerism, and not just that but also by how blatantly companies will shaft consumers on quality, size, functionality… A laundry list of ways to make their products worse because it nets them a tiny saving per product which all adds up to a new megayacht. I think I disagree; I know the trope about metal fans and music genres etc, but I would argue that having a “trance” community and a “classic rock” community is fine because it’s the same medium, sort of, in as much as it is all “music”, but its very different and not just because of the subject.

If the music communities were like “lovesongs”, “happysongs”, “sadsongs”, “angrysongs” etc, I think that would be closer to what this batch of AI spam communities are. Or maybe if it was a community for the key a song is in, like “songsing”, “songsina” etc

I can’t believe they have so many communities. It’d be one thing if it was different media, like how normal people might have a “painting” and a “photography” community, but it’s not. It’s all one big pile of generated images, and they’ve sorted it by subject… How weird is that!
